The Blanc de Franc is inspired by Capanna's Blanc de Sangiovese, interpreted through our love for Cabernet Franc. The goal is to take a variety known for big texture and not-so-subtle flavors and guide it into a crisp, refreshing, aromatic white wine that still stays true to its variety.
