Palate:So much body presence, mid-palate texture, verve, and pop. Cherries, strawberries, and pluots on the palate. The follow speaks to suckling pig and jamón ibérico. The richness covers the entire palate — plush, weighty, and even filling for a wine. Luxurious oak notes: Madagascar vanilla bean, mascarpone, cedar box/cigar box/humidor in Havana.
