Palate:Clove, cassia, and brioche from the oven. Great texture and weight. Full, broad mid-palate gives way to blue fruit — blueberries and plums. Fine-grained but huge structure on the finish. More like Cab Sauv than traditional Cab Franc given the refined tannin. Finishes like a fresh made olive oil cake with raspberry glaze — impeccably done.
