A House of Two Terroirs
Maison Mittal works 29 acres across two world-class terroirs: Paso Robles’ Willow Creek AVA and Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux. Both are limestone-dominant sites. Both are farmed for structure and longevity – wines built to develop over 15 to 25 years.
Production is capped at approximately 1,000 cases annually. Access is membership-defined. This is the precision of Grand Cru winemaking, carried across continents.

The Portfolio
Maison Mittal releases wines by terroir and site. Armaa.N Estate – organically and regeneratively farmed – produces a Cabernet Sauvignon magnum, single vineyard, concentrated, built for extended aging, alongside a Cabernet Franc-led blend. G2 North is an organic, hillside vineyard 0.4 miles from James Berry, farmed by Bill Gibbs, whose fruit history includes Saxum and Clos Solène. The G2 North wines are Bordeaux varietals shaped by calcareous shale and significant elevation. From Saint-Émilion, Château Tour Perey and Château Le Chatelet Vineyard represent the Right Bank’s clay-limestone foundation. Cooperage is selected with precision; Tonnellerie Baron of Cognac is a defining presence in our barrel program.

Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux
Château Le Chatelet is a Grand Cru Classé estate in Saint-Émilion. Its clay-limestone soils on the Right Bank slopes produce wines of consistent density and length. Harvest timing and barrel aging at this site are calibrated to structure, not to schedule. Wines are released when acid, tannin, and fruit have reached equilibrium. That threshold - not a calendar date - determines release.

Willow Creek, Paso Robles
Armaa.N Estate sits within Paso Robles' Willow Creek AVA at elevations between 960 and 1,900 feet. Soils are gravelly loam over limestone — the same Monterey formation that makes this district distinct within California. Morning winds reduce canopy moisture and concentrate phenolic development. Afternoon heat advances ripening on slopes that vary from moderate to steep. The combination produces wines with defined acidity, fine-grained tannin, and finishes that lengthen with time in bottle.

“Maison Mittal exists where Bordeaux and Paso conspire – two continents speaking one language of stone, discipline, and time. We arrive not as a luxury, but as a reminder that wine can still be a practice of place, spoken with global fluency and crafted with unapologetic precision. The wines we leave behind will outlast the moment they were made.”
