A House of Two Terroirs
Maison Mittal is our collector-focused deep dive into Bordeaux, expressed across Saint-Émilion Grand Cru and Paso Robles’ Willow Creek District. We work 29 acres across these two terroirs, studying Bordeaux at close range – its site selection, blending, élevage, restraint, and long-term aging – and applying that discipline to Armaa.N Estate, leased Willow Creek sites under long-term development, and notable vineyards such as G2 North.
Production is limited. Access is membership-defined. The pursuit is simple: Grand Cru discipline carried across continents.

Maison Mittal Wines
Maison Mittal releases wines by terroir and site, each a distinct interpretation of Bordeaux discipline across the Willow Creek District and Saint-Émilion.
At Armaa.N Estate – organically and regeneratively farmed – the focus is a Cabernet Franc-led blend and a Cabernet Sauvignon bottled exclusively in magnum, a deliberate format chosen for concentration, patience, and long-term aging.
In the hills of the Willow Creek District, G2 North stands as a premier, high-elevation site. Farmed by Bill Gibbs and neighboring the iconic James Berry Vineyard, it shapes Bordeaux varietals through dramatic elevation and stark calcareous shale.
Across the Atlantic, Château Le Chatelet, a Grand Cru Classé estate, brings Saint-Émilion’s historic clay-limestone foundation to the Maison Mittal study.
The final layer of discipline takes shape in the cellar, where the barrel program is guided by precision cooperage, including Tonnellerie Baron of Cognac.

The Vineyards

Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux
(a 65 year old vine with robust biome, Chateau Le Chatelet, Saint emilion)
Château Le Chatelet is a Grand Cru Classé estate rooted in the clay-limestone slopes of Saint-Émilion. The site brings density, length, and Right Bank structure to the Maison Mittal study. Here, farming, harvest timing, and élevage are guided by balance - with release determined by acid, tannin, and fruit equilibrium rather than a fixed calendar.

Willow Creek, Paso Robles
(a lone oak back lit by a backing trailer during harvest
Armaa.N Estate Vineyard, Paso Robles)
Armaa.N Estate sits within the Willow Creek District at elevations between 960 and 1,900 feet, with gravelly loam over limestone from the Monterey Formation. Wind, slope, and afternoon heat shape wines with defined acidity, fine-grained tannin, and finishes that lengthen with time in bottle.
“Maison Mittal exists where Bordeaux and Paso conspire – two continents speaking one language of stone, discipline, and time. We arrive not as a luxury, but as a reminder that wine can still be a practice of place, spoken with global fluency and crafted with unapologetic precision. The wines we leave behind will outlast the moment they were made.”
