Color:Deep ruby red with dark purple hue

Nose:Classic cool-climate Syrah. Fresh cracked Tellicherry black pepper overlaying black cherry, black currant, and blueberry. With air: carpaccio and au poivre.

Palate:Lush and full body. Savory, umami-like notes — only a Texas pitmaster can coax this from slow cooked burnt ends. The oak presents as cacao nibs and crème brûlée on the long finish. Both dinner and dessert in one.
