45% Merlot, 43% Cab Franc, 6% Cab Sauv, 6% Petit Verdot. 409 cases. Central Coast AVA. The most approachable wine in the lineup — plush, marshmallow-like texture with ripe cherry and baked-fruit character.

Color:Medium garnet with ruby hues

Nose:Ripe cherry, framboise, hints of pie crust and brioche. Sweet-glazed donuts, dried herbs.

Palate:Silky and broad — softer than Cabernet Sauvignon yet fuller than Cabernet Franc. Marshmallow-like mid-palate texture with sneaky tannins that reappear late. Juicy red berries framed by caramel and clove. Drying and herbal finish.
