100% Sangiovese from White Hawk Vineyard, Los Alamos. Inspired by Capana Blanc de Sangiovese from Italy. Early harvested, gently pressed free-run juice, aged sur lie 8 months. Electrifying acidity and delicate fruit — the Sangiovese core shines through in white.
Color:Pale blush-white
Nose:High-toned aromas: orange blossom, linalool, lilikoi, and Rainier cherries. Followed by retronasal hints of key lime and vanilla blossom.
Palate:Bright acidity lifts it across the tongue. Electrifying, lithe — both quenches thirst and makes the mouth water. Sur lie weight gives healthy breadth. Finish laden with cherries and flowers.
