Ingredients
- 2 cups of breadcrumbs or stale bread torn into small pieces
- 2 cups of kimchi, chopped
- 1/2 cup of kimchi juice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon spice blend
- 2 cup vegetable stock
Method
- Preheat oven 350’
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the chopped onion. Cook until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the chopped kimchi to the skillet and stir well to combine with the onions and garlic.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the breadcrumbs to the skillet and toss.
- In a small bowl, mix the kimchi juice, soy sauce, vegetable stock, blend and sesame oil.
- Pour this sauce over the stuffing mixture in the skillet and stir to combine. You may need to transfer it to a bowl if your skillet cannot fit the mixture.
- Transfer the stuffing to a baking dish and bake for 30min. Remove from oven and it is ready to serve!
- Serve hot and enjoy!
