Color:Pale gold with green tints
Nose:Estery, with plantain and white peach. Tropical lilikoi and pineapple. As it warms: vanilla, rose petal, and fresh-cracked coconut.
Palate:Rich characters of honeycomb and lanolin, continental notes of apricot and Anjou pear. Hints of crushed seashells. Rich, textured body, weighty fullness. Long, smooth finish with crème brûlée, marshmallow, and graham cracker. Just a hint of fresh grassy herbs at the finish. An unbelievably unique presentation of Cabernet Franc.
