Nose Peak savoriness. Fresh ground Tellicherry black peppercorns over Santa Maria BBQ. The perfect combination of peppery spice and fragrant violets. Cool climate Syrah trending towards California Syrah. Backed by plum, persimmon, and blackberry.

Color Deep ruby with violet hue

Palate Long pepper, clove, and crème brûlée hints show as the wine settles. Lots of body for this coastal vineyard — the mid-palate and tannins will hold up to any food pairing. Both acidic and broad simultaneously — a flavorful contradiction!
