Maison Mittal

Maison Mittal is the third chapter from the founders of LXV, a limited-production wine house operating across Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux, and Paso Robles’ Willow Creek AVA.

The house is guided by a collective of world-class minds across two continents: winemaker Jeff Strekas, Bordeaux consulting winemaker Frédéric Ammons, formerly of Harlan and Château Smith Haut Lafitte, and founding advisor Lionel Kreff of Tonnellerie Baron, Cognac. Together, they bring a single standard to every decision: the discipline, restraint, and precision that defines the world’s great estates.

Production is capped at under 1,000 cases annually. Rated 97 points by Somm’s Journal and 96 points by Wine Enthusiast, Maison Mittal is built not for volume, but for longevity.

An Invitation

Les Gardiens du Cru is a founding circle of 65 patrons, created for those who understand what it means to be present at the beginning of something built to last.

A founding patronage of $10,000 is honored entirely in wine — cases, magnums, rare bottlings, and private access across five years in Paso Robles and Bordeaux — into a cellar that carries your name in the founding chapter of Maison Mittal, with the privilege of joining Kunal and Neeta on their annual winemaking journey to Saint-Émilion.

The People of Maison Mittal

Every bottle carries the fingerprints
of people who bridged worlds.

Lionel Kreff

Winemaker · Château Le Chatelet, Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé
In 2001, Lionel began making wine in Neeta's hometown of Kolhapur, India. Two decades later their paths converged on the plateau of Saint-Émilion, where he now crafts Maison Mittal's Grand Cru Classé wines.

Jeff Strekas

Winemaker · Paso Robles, Willow Creek AVA
Jeff has stood with Neeta and Kunal through every harvest at LXV — through trials, growth, and the fragile beginnings of what would become Maison Mittal. His hands carry their history in this soil.

Frédéric Ammons

Formative Contributor · Harlan Estate · Opus One · Rudd Oakville
For five years, Frédéric shaped Maison Mittal's philosophy with the quiet precision drawn from Harlan Estate, Opus One, and Rudd Oakville — a Grand Cru foundation we continue to build on.

Neeta & Kunal Mittal

Founders · Wine Enthusiast Future 40 Tastemakers
Engineers by training, cultural designers by instinct. Their 25-year love of Bordeaux became the throughline of everything — LXV, Maison Mittal, and the estate now taking shape at Armaa.N.

Coming 2028

A tasting room is being built. You can be part of its creation.

On the Armaa.N vineyard in Willow Creek AVA, a 1,600 sq ft estate winery and tasting room is taking shape — with dedicated space for culinary experiences, private dinners, and patron gatherings.

As a founding Guardian, you will have been part of this before the doors open. Your patronage directly funds what is being built — and your name will be woven into its first chapter.

Les Gardiens du Cru

A $10,000 founding patronage, honored entirely in wine.
Maison Mittal is a deeply personal project, born from a lifelong reverence for Bordeaux — its vineyards, its cellar philosophy, and the discipline behind the world’s most enduring wines. With winemakers whose pedigrees trace through Harlan Estate and a Grand Cru Classé château in Saint-Émilion, we are crafting wines of uncommon precision — carrying Bordeaux’s rigor into the limestone of Paso Robles.

Your patronage shapes the estate being built at Armaa.N — the tasting room, the program, the legacy. You will have been here before the doors opened.
