General Club Rules
You certify that you are at least 21 years of age. All shipments require the signature of an individual who is at least 21. By signing up for an LXV Club, you authorize us to charge your credit card for bi-annual shipments. A $100 cancelation fee applies if you cancel before receiving at least 3 shipments (2 more shipments after the initial one on joining the club). Shipments cannot be changed or canceled within 10 days of each shipment. Complimentary tastings are per quarter. Tastings are not transferrable (member must be present).
You will be notified 15 days in advance of a club shipment, allowing you to make changes. If a shipment is returned due to no fault of LXV, a restocking fee of 25% plus any additional shipping fees will be charged to the card held on file with your membership.
