Maison Mittal works 29 acres across two world-class terroirs: Paso Robles’ Willow Creek AVA and Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux. Built on limestone foundation in both places, our wines are crafted for 15-25 year evolution. Structured for depth.
Selective by design. Membership-defined access. This is Grand Cru discipline carried across continents.
Avec révérence,
Neeta & Kunal Mittal
Maison Mittal’s portfolio unfolds by terroir. Armaa.N Estate speaks in two voices: Cabernet Sauvignon magnums—singular, concentrated—and a Cabernet Franc blend. Historic G2 North vineyard shows its depth through Bordeaux varietals shaped by limestone and wind. Saint-Émilion carries the weight of tradition. We build partnerships only with land committed to restoration. Our cooperage choices are deliberate—barrels selected not for what they impose, but for what they permit.

Chateau Le Chatelet, Saint emilion
Château Le Chatelet is a Grand Cru Classé site where centuries of craft have written the grammar of excellence. The clay-limestone interchange at the Right Bank slopes creates wines of unmistakable authority. We harvest late. We age long. We release only when balance is achieved—the distinction between consequence and mere age. This is inheritance with intention.

Armaa.N Estate Vineyard, Paso Robles
In the heart of Paso Robles' most coveted district, limestone demands precision from those who work it. At 960–1,900 feet, morning winds strip excess, afternoon heat concentrates phenolic maturity. The slopes humble the careless. These soils speak Bordeaux's language. Our wines emerge lean and structured, their tension a reflection of place that cannot be manufactured. Time alone reveals their architecture.
