We would like to invite you a to an exclusive event of the release of two new LXV Wines: Dark Romance (100% Chenin Blanc) and Secret Craving (Cab Franc-Syrah-Merlot).

 

The release party will be from 3PM to 5:30PM on Friday, July 18th at 3680 Willow Creek Road (LXV Wine's future tasting site). 

 

We will be hosting the two artists who feature on the wine labels: Bravo Top Chef, Dakota Weiss and Visual artist, Edward Walton Wilcox. 

 

This will be a progressive party that will begin at the LXV Willow Creek Ranch and continue on to the Downtown LXV Lounge. (Details below)

The two new releases will be paired with dishes delicately crafted by Chef Nanette Smalley. 

DARK ROMANCE (100% Chenin Blanc)

Paired with French Poussin salad, apple, fennel and toasted almond with homemade tarragon infused mayonnaise
Scallop seviche with nectarine, apple, with citrus juices and mint in wonton cup

SECRET CRAVING (Cab Franc-Syrah-Merlot)

Tarts with braised oxtails on a bed of duxelles, truffle salt
Sage fritters with hint of pink peppercorn and nutmeg

There will also be more amuse-bouche at various stations:

Two tortellinis with dipping sauces, one for red and one for white wine
Roasted eggplant on herbed pita chips
White bean pate with crackers and mustard
Retro cheese puffs
Red wine biscuits

We will be tasting our four wines, with exclusive sneak peak into a future release.
